Montana Shakespeare in the Parks

Coming July 8th to Makoshika State Park

The Friends of Makoshika and Makoshika State Park are excited to present this year's performance of Shakespeare in the Parks, Julius Casear, at 8:30 p.m. at the Makoshika State Park Amphitheater.

This marks the fourth year that Shakespeare in the Parks will perform at Makoshika.

The event is paid for through generous community donations and by Friends of Makoshika.

Julius Casear

Brutus, Cassius, and other high-ranking Romans plot to murder Caesar, because they believe his ambition will lead to tyranny. The people of Rome are on their side until Antony, Caesar's right-hand man, makes a moving speech. The conspirators are driven from Rome, and two armies are formed: one side following the conspirators; the other, Antony. Antony has the superior force, and surrounds Brutus and Cassius...
